About

“Our service will not be perceived as authentic unless it comes from a heart wounded by the suffering about which we speak.” // Henri J. M. Nouwen, Author of The Wounded Healer

PERSONAL RECOVERY MENTORING AND DEPTH CENTERED EXPLORATION AND DISCOVERY OF THE WOUNDS AND EXPERIENCES THAT LEAD US TOWARDS OUR ADDICTIONS.

It doesn’t matter where in our journey with addiction we are, the root of WHY can still live within us, casting a shadow over our light.

We fell into this addictive cycle because it actually helped us to survive during a time when we needed to cope, escape, numb, or simply hide from our intolerable and/or harmful circumstances, thoughts, and feelings.

So let’s begin by saying THANK YOU...

We are not our addictions. Our addictions are actually the KEY to the suffering from which we can fulfill our destiny and PURPOSE in this world.

We all have a story and it deserves to be heard. However, this narrative that lives within us needs to transform, grow, and move through us in order for change to occur. Once we can activate and understand the why, we can begin to move toward WHOLENESS.

Mark my words. Your biggest source of pain can be the pathway to your RECOVERY and toward you're own journey in becoming a HEALER. Let us find it together.

Let’s us move through whatever tethers you to your own unique addictive behavior and uproot it, feel it, process it and move beyond it, so that you can experience a life that is, truly beyond your wildest imaginations.

This is hard work. It only works if you really want it. Then anything is possible.

I will never call you an addict. I will never tell you to stop. I will simply guide you through your life, it’s narrative, your pain and trauma, which may have led you to find comfort in whatever forms of addictive behavior you gravitate towards.

We will clear away the wreckage and thank all the ways that it worked, and then we will understand why.

We will cultivate self-love, empowerment, and a deeper sense of compassion and understanding. Through this embodied sense awareness, you will begin to see yourself not as a person beholden to this disease, but someone who simply used it as means of coping with dis-ease. From here we will observe this particular struggle, learn all the lessons that it taught us, understand why and its purpose, and ultimately come to truly and authentically love our truth.
